Reason for an Upgrade
I remember camping at Fairview State Park, just a month after my heart surgery. At the time we still had a pop up, so we set everything up, played games, and roasted marshmallows. It was time to go to sleep, and my wife and I were on one side and the kids on the other. About 3 hours later, we heard a knock on the door and someone saying “let me in!” It was our youngest daughter, she had fallen out of the side of the pop up, but we sure are glad she knew how to come to the front door! This is one memory we will never forget.....but we have upgraded to a 5th wheel now!

Funny story. I remember leaving the family tent when I was 6 or 7 to use the bathroom in the woods and ended up coming back and climbing into some other family's tent. Boy was I embarassed.

What are you planning for 2010?

A good screened room is must have to. Somewhere you can sit outside out of the sun and keep the bugs off of you. It will also provide a place for the kids to play a game at night and not get eaten by mosquiteos.

We have been camping as RVers for over 30 years. We enjoyed travel trailer but finally opted for a 5th wheel. We wanted more room and after reviewing the travel trailers and the motor homes, we decided that we didn’t want to give up the 3 feet or so of living space that we would have to give up – the 5th wheel became our only option. We have never regretted that decision.

Your story is pretty funny. Good thing your youngster woke up and didn't wander off.

That really is a funny story. I know I've accidently gotten into the wrong tent before... Half way through the opening you really feel awkward.
