These definitely should be in any adventurer's checklist! It would be wise to follow maps or guides if you're heading out to trek alone. Stocking up on supplies if you're off for a full camping experience is also a must.

there's a really nice 52 mile ride I do every year along the shores of Lake Michigan...it's beautiful
